I awoke during an early spring Oregon storm to hear the sound of water dripping. Sadly, it was not outside. I quickly got 5 bids for replacing my roof and accepted a bid from Tim Childress of High Ridge Roofing. Tim and his team were great! Not only did he and his team replace my roof, he also coordinated some plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done in conjunction with the job. As I work long hours, his willingness to take that on as well was MUCH appreciated. I was also very grateful that his team took the time at the end of each day to tidy up their work-site. Their workmanship was beautiful and I am very pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Just had our roof done by Tim and his crew. They did a great job, all were very polite, my wife mentioned each time they came by they would always call her ma’am. They tore off our old roof and got it all sealed back up in 1 day and during awful weather we’re able to get our roof on in any free moment, even weekends! They were great and super happy we went with them!

They’re building a new restroom so they had a bunch of bucks out there!! I HATE BUCKS!! But they had one building of regular restrooms open!#There was a ton of people!! Was a very busy day!! Generally our rest stops are managed pretty well and cleaned daily. Although always be cautious I feel safe!!

High Ridge Roofing and Construction (HRRC) replaced our roof, Summer 2019. We got 3 bids and HRRC gave us the best price/quality proposal. Our decision was made also based on Tim’s answers to our many questions regarding products, techniques, solutions to our house’s unique roofing challenges, scheduling and timing, and the experience/reputation of his foreman and roofing crew. HRRC also spent more time with us in the decision as to the color of shingles, than any other bidder. We ended up with the perfect color for our house’s brick, ext. walls and trim (which have warm tones with both grey and ivory thrown in). It was a color Tim suggested that we went with, one we hadn’t seen before, and the match couldn’t be better. We have a fairly complex roof which includes one near-flat section requiring a membrane material that is right next to a glass-covered deck top. The house has ridge vents, lots of valleys, and both gable and hip roof areas. HRRC found several places where the decking was rotting (it is a 1981 house) so in those locations they replaced the wood underneath including one-by strips and plywood as needed. All pipes, vents, etc., above roofline were painted a complementary bronze color to match the new flashing. HRRC’s crew performed the job in exactly the time that Tim estimated it would take, one week. The crew was courteous and professional at all times. They were careful and contentious about the mature landscaping on our site, and cleaned up at the end of every day during the project. The end result was beyond our expectations.

High Ridge Roofing and Construction replaced my roof in August 2018. From my first call until the end of the job, Tim and his team were extremely responsive, respectful, and thorough. Tim’s bid was competitive. Replacing my roof was a complicated job—replace two skylights, remove a chimney, put TPO on two flat areas, shingles on the rest. The job was further complicated because the roof had no plywood. Any needed changes to the original bid were discussed and agreed upon before they continued the work. The crew cleaned up the roof and the surrounding area every night. Highly recommend them

It wasn’t an easy process to find a right contractor to replace my old LP siding. Most of the proposals from a few contractors were very close to each other in many aspects except one unreasonably expensive out-of-state Siding company. High Ridge Roofing and Construction was our choice mostly influenced by the Owner, Tim’s energy toward the project, and that was the right choice. They did a great job. The whole team was courteous during the month-long work. After the completion of the work, the owner, Tim came back a few times to inspect the details and made final touchups. I don’t think I can ask better work than that. I do highly recommend Tim and his crew.

In the process of selling our home we found the roof needed repairs and in a hurry. We must have contacted six other companies in the area before we called Tim at High Ridge Construction. Tim was the only contractor to answer his phone and he made it our to our home within two days to provide an estimate. His estimate was well below the other companies and he was able to get us in within a week compared to months with the other guys. Tim and his crew are fantastic, I recommend them for any job without hesitation.
